Customer Information may be collected from lead forms, new membership applications, contact forms and membership contracts on the Falcon 1 Karate website, Facebook, Instagram or other social media ads.

Information Use and Distribution

Information is used only for Falcon 1 Karate staff to contact the submitting individual regarding karate class information. Contact may be made by phone, email, text or messenger. Information is not sold or shared in any way. 

Data Retention

Student data will be retained during membership in the program and may be retained after membership has ended. It is up to Falcon 1 Karate ownership when student data is deleted. Information gained through online forms used only for contacting prospective customer about the karate program is not retained for purposes beyond this contact. Prospective customers may request their information be removed and request contact with Falcon 1 Karate be discontinued.
